About this role

The Senior Vehicle Integration Engineer leads the technical integration of all major systems, including hydraulics, electrics, and controls, across JCB's Aerial Work Platform portfolio. This role involves defining integration architecture, conducting system-level DFMEAs, and overseeing machine validation activities while collaborating with global cross-functional teams. The engineer will eventually relocate to JCB San Antonio to establish the North American Access engineering center.

Responsibilities

Lead complete vehicle integration strategy for boom and scissor platforms
Conduct system architecture reviews and safety assessments
Oversee prototype vehicle builds and machine commissioning
Drive cross-system trade-off decisions balancing performance and cost
Mentor engineering colleagues on vehicle integration principles
