MFG Safety/RC Manager

The MFG Safety/RC Manager leads and monitors safety processes and compliance functions to ensure all safety issues are resolved and compliance matters are maintained as required by OSHA and The Kroger Co. This role involves collaborating with the plant team to meet safety goals, performing jobs safely to improve plant performance in Safety, Quality, Reliability, and Customer 1st strategy, and demonstrating core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety. The position requires providing updates to leadership on safety concerns, managing regulatory compliance, and facilitating incident investigations to prevent reoccurrence.
