MFLC Assignment Ready Counselor

The MFLC Assignment Ready Counselor provides short-term, on-demand, and surge behavioral health counseling services to military service members, families, and children in various settings including schools, camps, and military installations. This role requires independent licensure as a Mental Health Counselor, Therapist, or Social Worker to deliver non-medical counseling, training, and consultation with minimal oversight. Counselors must be adaptable to varying locations and schedules, responding quickly to emergent situations while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to military protocols.
