About this role

The Assignment Ready Counselor provides short‑term, surge, and on‑demand mental health services to military service members, families, and youth across installations, schools, and summer programs. Working with minimal supervision, the counselor delivers non‑medical counseling, training, wellness presentations, and resource referrals while maintaining confidentiality and meeting site‑specific requirements.
