Mgr, Enroll Area

The Enrollment Area Manager oversees enrollment operations, systems compliance, and pipeline performance for Charter Schools USA schools within an assigned geographic area. This role ensures schools achieve and sustain programmatic capacity through effective enrollment strategies, optimized systems and processes, accurate documentation, and strong school-based execution. The position serves as a field leader and capacity builder, accountable for the recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and mentoring of school-based Enrollment and Marketing Administrators.
