The Manager oversees daily team operations and execution, aligning priorities with the broader strategy established by the Sr. Manager. This leader manages up to six recruiters and oversees the full cycle recruitment process for European Elastomers and Proprietary Containment (E&PC) Operations and Drug Delivery Devices sites. As a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, the individual collaborates on hiring needs and advises business leaders and HR partners on recruiting activity and talent acquisition initiatives.
