Mgr I- Subcontracts

The Manager I – Subcontracts Program Manager serves as the primary point of contact with management responsibility for a single major subcontract or a portfolio of large program subcontracts. This role oversees cost, schedule, technical, and mission assurance while ensuring supplier execution of all subcontract requirements. The position involves leading the Subcontract Management Team, managing risks, and maintaining positive relationships with customers, program teams, and suppliers.
