Mgr Lab

The Mgr Lab provides management and operational oversight of the UVA CH laboratory to ensure quality testing, fiscal targets, and volume-based staffing targets are met. This role ensures laboratories adhere to quality, safety, regulatory, certification, and accreditation standards while supporting team members' continuing education and professional growth. The position involves leading laboratory teams, managing staffing and expenses, and participating in laboratory services committees to drive continuous process improvement.
