Mgr TEOA

The TEOA Manager I leads the deployment and sustainment of TE Operations Advantage (TEOA) across manufacturing operations, driving continuous improvement, Lean manufacturing initiatives, and operational excellence. This role partners with cross-functional teams to enhance safety, quality, delivery, cost, inventory, and employee engagement through structured problem-solving and process optimization. The position focuses on coaching teams, implementing Lean principles, and tracking performance metrics to achieve business objectives.
