Provides direct patient care and clerical support within a behavioral health inpatient unit, focusing on maintaining patient comfort, safety, and the therapeutic milieu. Works primarily with adolescent patients (and adult/geriatric patients if assigned to PRN pool) while facilitating communication among clinical staff. Performs clinical duties in accordance with population-specific guidelines and hospital policies.
