MICE Segment Sales Manager

This role supports the Area Director of Sales in developing and executing the MICE segment sales strategy for hotels within the designated cluster. The position is responsible for achieving budget targets for room nights, room revenue, and associated banqueting and F&B sales through effective group quotation management and business acquisition. The incumbent prepares weekly projections, group production reports, and standard demand evolution reports to support revenue management and senior leadership.
