Micro-Computer Support Technician (MCST)

The Micro-Computer Support Technician (MCST) contributes to the successful implementation of the District's Technology Plan and manages district office inventory. This role involves basic troubleshooting and repair of devices such as Chromebooks, iPads, and PCs, while resolving hardware and software issues for end users both remotely and on-site. The technician also provides support documentation, training, and coverage in buildings as necessary.
