Micro Lab Tech

This role involves conducting routine standard plating, media inoculations, and micro analysis on raw materials, batch samples, and finished products within a food manufacturing facility. The employee will prepare and maintain micro media, conduct plate counts, assist with lab equipment maintenance, and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices and laboratory SOPs. Key duties include communicating supply issues to supervisors and supporting audits, challenge studies, and special projects while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
