Microbiologist

This role supports the new Chengdu manufacturing site by managing laboratory test activities and ensuring compliance with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), and relevant regulatory standards for microbiology. The position involves providing production support for microbial control issues, performing chemical and microbial testing on materials and products, and conducting root cause analysis. You will be responsible for maintaining facility hygiene, managing reagents, reporting non-conformances, and training production personnel on correct procedures to maintain product safety and efficacy.
