Microbiology and Molecular Supervisor

The Microbiology and Molecular Supervisor provides operational, technical, and administrative oversight of the Microbiology and Molecular Diagnostics sections within the laboratory. This role ensures high-quality, timely, and compliant testing services across bacteriology, virology, mycology, parasitology, antimicrobial susceptibility testing, and molecular diagnostics. The position partners closely with laboratory leadership, medical directors, and clinical teams to support patient care, antimicrobial stewardship, and infection control initiatives.
