Microbiology Lab Technician

This role involves performing microbiological and analytical testing of food products, ingredients, and environmental samples to ensure quality conformance and food safety. The incumbent will utilize laboratory equipment and LIMS systems to conduct spoilage analysis, risk assessments, and maintain cultures under the guidance of a supervisor. Responsibilities include troubleshooting instrumentation, following ISO 17025 standards, and reporting findings to management.
