About this role

The Microbiology Quality Lab Associate I performs routine and non‑routine sampling and testing to support the Microbiology department in a GMP‑regulated environment. The role involves conducting bioburden, sterility, and growth promotion tests, investigating out‑of‑specification results, documenting work, and entering data into LIMS while participating in continuous improvement activities.

Responsibilities

Perform microbiology testing on finished and in‑process samples
Investigate out‑of‑specification results and document findings
Enter test data into LIMS and maintain laboratory records
