About this role

As a Micro/EM Associate QC I at Amgen, you will perform testing within the Quality Control Microbiology laboratory to support clean utilities qualification and environmental monitoring. Your responsibilities include routine quality control testing, sampling, and supporting initiatives that ensure commercial product release and site startup. You will work alongside the Manager of Microbiology to maintain high-quality standards in a collaborative, science-based culture.

Responsibilities

Perform routine environmental monitoring and utilities sampling
Conduct quality control testing including bioburden and endotoxin
Support document review and authoring of SOPs and technical reports
Participate in audits and cross-functional investigations
Assist with clean utilities performance qualifications

Qualifications

High school/GED with 2 years of GxP laboratory experienceAssociate's degree with 6 months of GxP laboratory experienceBachelor's degreeDegree in Microbiology, Biology, or Biochemistry
