Mid-Level Associate Attorney

The firm is seeking a mid-level associate attorney with 2–6 years of insurance defense or personal injury litigation experience to independently manage a docket of catastrophic personal injury, product liability, and construction defect defense cases. The role involves defending and taking depositions, drafting and responding to motions and discovery, and presenting oral arguments in Texas state and federal courts. The attorney will collaborate with a dedicated paralegal to build solid case defenses while maintaining strict time-entry discipline and meeting a minimum billing floor of 154 hours per month.
