Mid-Level Associate

Ice Miller seeks a Mid-Level Associate to join its M&A and private equity practice group in Indianapolis, working with middle-market private equity funds, independent sponsors, and family offices on leveraged buyouts, as well as family-owned businesses and entrepreneurs on sell-side M&A transactions. The role involves serving as a key team member and responsible attorney on M&A transactions, guiding clients through complex deals from start to finish while collaborating with colleagues across practice groups and offices.
