Mid-Level Network / Desktop Administrator

The role supports and maintains the enterprise network and end‑user computing infrastructure, handling tasks such as configuring Cisco switches, managing VLANs and port security, and administering Windows 10/11 endpoints. It also involves imaging deployments, patch management, Active Directory administration, and providing high‑quality customer service and ticket resolution.
