Mid-to-Senior Level Intellectual Property Associate

Direct Counsel is seeking a Mid-to-Senior Level Intellectual Property Associate to join a sophisticated Technology Transactions practice, handling complex commercial technology transactions and IP matters for early-stage to public technology companies. The role involves advising clients on sophisticated intellectual property and contractual matters, including the IP and commercial aspects of M&A and other corporate transactions. This position offers significant exposure to strategic transactions and requires substantial law firm experience in technology and IP law.
