Mid to Senior Level Thermal Engineer

Rendezvous Robotics is seeking a Mid to Senior Level Thermal Engineer to own the end‑to‑end design and analysis of thermal management systems for self‑assembling spacecraft tiles. The role involves defining requirements, designing and sizing thermal‑control hardware, building and correlating detailed thermal models, and guiding hardware through qualification, flight, and on‑orbit operation while mentoring junior engineers.
