About this role
The Middle and High School College and Career Readiness Coach supports Bronx GEAR UP INSPIRES students, families, and school staff to navigate transitions from middle school to high school and from high school to postsecondary education or careers. The role focuses on fostering students’ knowledge, confidence, and persistence to pursue and succeed in higher education through personalized guidance and outreach. Coaches work within Bronx communities to promote college access and long-term student success.
