Middle School Assistant Coach

This position involves assisting the head coach in managing a middle school athletic team while adhering to Northern Conference Middle Level Activities Association regulations and Thompson School District policies. The role requires active participation in all coaching meetings, practices, meets, and games to support program development and direction. Additionally, the assistant coach is responsible for communicating with coaching staff, athletes, and parents, and completing necessary payroll paperwork and fingerprinting.
