Middle School Athletic Team Coordinator

This role is responsible for organizing, administering, and facilitating a successful middle school athletic team that supports the district's freshman, JV, and varsity programs. The position involves managing team operations, ensuring compliance with league and state rules, and developing athletes through structured practice plans and year-round training opportunities. The coordinator will also supervise assistant coaches, communicate with feeder programs, and foster positive relationships with school staff and parents.
