Middle School Math Interventionist

The Oaks Academy is seeking a Middle School Math Interventionist to provide targeted, evidence-based mathematics instruction to at-risk students within a Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) framework. This role involves administering assessments, analyzing data to identify skill gaps, and delivering small-group or individual intervention at Tier 2 and Tier 3 levels. The Interventionist collaborates with the MTSS team and lead teachers to ensure alignment with core instruction and facilitate student progress.
