The MIH Coordinator oversees day-to-day operations of the Mobile Integrated Healthcare (MIH) program, implementing South Shore Hospital/Health System policies to support effective service delivery and employee performance. The role partners with internal and external stakeholders to extend integrated health services to underserved and general populations and supports development of the community MIH system.
