Milieu Coordinator

The Milieu Coordinator facilitates therapeutic groups, provides meal monitoring and support, and offers milieu support, de-escalation, and behavior coaching to patients in Inpatient/Residential and Partial Hospitalization programs. This role involves documentation of patient interactions, crisis management, and implementing individual behavior management plans. The position requires a minimum of 24 hours per month on a PRN/as-needed basis.
