Milieu Counselor

FSRI is seeking a Milieu Counselor to provide direct care, guidance, and supervision for adolescent female residents in a residential setting. The role involves implementing trauma-informed treatment plans, managing daily routines, and supporting residents in developing healthy relationships and independent living skills. This position requires creating a safe, structured environment while collaborating with clinical and residential teams to help youth achieve their individual goals.
