Milieu Manager | Shift Supervisor

The Milieu Manager | Shift Supervisor oversees the daily operations of assigned shifts to ensure a safe, structured, and therapeutic residential environment for youth. This role involves providing direct supervision, coaching youth in emotional regulation and independent living skills, and responding to behavioral crises using trauma-informed techniques. The position requires flexibility to work various shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and overnights, as well as transporting youth to community appointments.
