Assignment Ready Counselors (ARC) provide short-term, surge, and on-demand behavioral health support to the Military and Family Life Counselor (MFLC) program at specified military installations and local schools. Candidates must be independently licensed (LCSW, LMFT, LPC/LCHMC) and be local to or willing to relocate to designated bases. Roles cover temporary and seasonal assignments to support military service members, families, children, and school communities.
