The Assignment Ready Counselor (ARC) provides short-term, surge, and on-demand non-medical counseling services to military service members, their families, children, and youth at military installations. The role delivers solution-focused assessments, brief counseling, referrals, and follow-up, and may support schools, youth programs, and summer camps while partnering with installation points of contact. ARC counselors also provide training, health and wellness presentations, and maintain confidential activity reporting.
