About this role

This is a SkillBridge internship opportunity within GE Aerospace's Development Manufacturing Operation and Product Validation departments, where Service members in the final 180 days of their military career can gain civilian work experience. The role involves supporting instrumentation and machining operations by managing material availability, coordinating production schedules, and leading continuous improvement projects. Participants receive real-world training while continuing to receive standard military compensation and benefits.

Responsibilities

Monitor end-to-end material availability and production schedules
Lead root cause analysis for delivery misses and shortages
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on schedule impacts
Maintain accurate inventory records and metrics
