A Military Embedded Adult Counselor (MFLC Tier 3) provides embedded, non-medical behavioral health support to a dedicated military unit, serving service members and their families. The role works closely with command leadership and installation points of contact to ensure culturally-informed, mission-aware outreach and linkage to resources. Counselors are part of a regional MFLC program and coordinate with supervisors and installation stakeholders to align services with installation needs.
