Military Family Life Counselor (MFLC Tier 2) providing child and youth behavioral support to service members and their families at Fort Meade. The position serves military installations and related facilities, coordinating with installation points of contact and supporting child development centers and youth programs. Candidates must be locally based or willing to relocate and hold an independent behavioral health license.

- Installation Records Check (IRC)
- Valid U.S. Driver's License
- U.S. Citizenship
