About this role
A Military Family Life Counselor (MFLC) — Child and Youth Behavioral (Tier 2) provides non-medical behavioral health support to children of military members and their families at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling and other installations. The position is staffed by independently licensed clinicians who are locally based or willing to relocate to the installation. The role supports installation programs, staff, and families while coordinating with installation points of contact and regional supervisors.

Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Behavioral Health
- Independent Counseling License (LICSW/LMFT/LPC/Psychologist)
- CNACI Clearance
- Installation Records Check (IRC)
- FBI Fingerprint Check
- Criminal Background Check
- Valid U.S. Driver's License
- U.S. Citizenship
- Proof of Required Immunizations
