Military Fellowship Program: A&P Mechanic

SNC's Military Fellowship Program provides up to six months of on-the-job industry training for active-duty service members transitioning to civilian careers through programs like DoD SkillBridge and Hiring Our Heroes. This fellowship places participants as A&P Mechanics within the ISR, Aviation, and Security (IAS) business area, offering exposure to SNC’s aviation, C4ISR, and logistics operations. Fellows gain civilian work experience and professional networks while preparing for full-time employment in the aerospace and national security sectors.
