About this role

SNC’s Military Fellowship Program places active-duty service members into a Configuration Analyst role where they manage product configurations using Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems for aerospace and defense products. Fellows prepare and verify product structures, Parts and Bills of Materials (BoMs), and ensure compliance with customer, company, and industry standards while gaining on-the-job civilian industry experience. The program is designed for transitioning service members eligible for DoD SkillBridge and provides up to six months of training and professional networking to support transition to full-time civilian work.
