Mill Intern

The Mill Internship provides students with hands-on experience at a durum milling and pasta production facility in Carrington, ND. The role involves shadowing a Lead Mill Operator to gain first-hand knowledge of mill processing, pasta production, and packaging operations. Interns will participate in daily mill activities, including semolina and flour transfer, job safety analysis, and sifter maintenance.
