Mill Op Trainee

The Mill Op Trainee is responsible for ensuring continuous operation of the mill and equipment during the 4th shift, Friday through Sunday. This role focuses on maintaining operational efficiency, performing quality checks, and collaborating with team members to drive continuous improvement and minimize scrap. The position requires strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to navigate equipment controllers and programming.
