About this role
The Mill Specialist operates continuous steel tube mills to produce high-quality tubing and supports mill operations by stepping into various roles as needed. The role focuses on keeping production running efficiently, performing equipment upkeep, training newer employees, and responding to operational needs across the mill. This is a hands-on, dynamic position based in Valley, NE with a Monday–Friday schedule.
