Lantic is recruiting a Millhand 2 to support day-to-day warehouse, packaging, and material-handling operations at its Taber Facility. The role ensures the safe, efficient, and quality-controlled handling of sugar products through equipment operation, material handling, and adherence to safety and food safety standards. Responsibilities include operating tote filling and forklift equipment, managing remelt utility tasks, and performing deep cleaning and sanitation of production areas. The position also involves silo cleaning, confined space entry, and maintaining documentation for traceability and compliance.
