Milling Equipment Operator

This role involves assisting with the setup, monitoring, and adjustment of milling equipment to maximize yield and meet production goals within a flour mill environment. The position requires maintaining equipment, transferring finished flour to storage, and performing ongoing housekeeping duties to ensure food safety standards. The operator will work a rotating night shift schedule and is responsible for operating various milling machinery such as roll stands and sifters.
