Millwright II - 3rd Shift

PADNOS is seeking a Millwright II to independently install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery and equipment across the company's recycling facilities. This role requires interpreting complex blueprints, executing advanced mechanical and electrical repairs, and collaborating with engineering and operations teams to minimize downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance. Additionally, the incumbent will train and mentor junior millwrights, contribute to safety initiatives, and manage maintenance work orders using digital systems.
