About this role

The Millwright Journeyman is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing equipment and machinery at IKO's granule manufacturing plant. The role ensures safe and reliable operation of crushing, coloring, and conveying equipment while complying with safety and regulatory standards and reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production machinery
Read and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics and manuals
Utilize Maximo CMMS to manage work orders and maintenance records
Lead and mentor junior millwrights while ensuring safety compliance
