Millwright

The Millwright is responsible for keeping the mill running by fixing breakdowns and performing preventative maintenance on machinery to prevent future issues. This role involves working on larger projects such as repairing and maintaining cylinders, belts, conveyors, chains, motors, and valves, as well as fabricating new equipment. The position requires strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and the ability to read blueprints and schematic drawings to determine work procedures.
