Mine General Supervisor

The General Supervisor directs Mine Senior Supervisors to execute the mining plan with a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency at Round Mountain. This role involves establishing cost-effective mining methods, managing crew levels, monitoring equipment availability, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. The incumbent may also relieve the Mine Superintendent in their absence and assist in recruitment efforts.
