Mining Operations Manager

The Operations Superintendent leads daily mining operations to achieve production, safety, and operational targets while providing leadership to supervisors, operators, and subcontractors. This permanent full-time role involves driving operational performance through workforce planning, equipment utilization, and cost management, alongside maintaining strong client relationships and a proactive safety culture. The position requires a minimum of 3 years' experience in a senior operational role within open-pit mining, ideally in the Pilbara or Goldfields regions.
