Mining Supervisor

This permanent Mining Supervisor role operates on a 7:7 roster with rotating day and night shifts, flying in and out from Darwin or Cairns to the GEMCO mine in the Northern Territory. The position provides leadership and supervision to frontline mining crews, ensuring the safe and efficient execution of daily and weekly production plans across Ancillary Services and Truck & Shovel Operations. The role focuses on coordinating mining activities, managing operational risks, and driving safety, production, and team performance outcomes.
